My name is Lyn Bunch. I am the founder and President of Lyn Bunch & Company, a 20-year-old management and marketing consultancy, and now the CEO and Head Sherpa of Analog Sherpa, a strategic planning company focusing on digital integration for companies in transition.
Over my 30 year career I have lead numerous organizations most in start-up and turnaround situations. I have worked in multiple business environments including: office products, nuclear components, outdoor advertising, print advertising, direct mail, analytics, list management and brokerage.
I am known for developing strong sales and management teams. My ability to recruit and train have powered my success since early in my career at Xerox, and then again at Harte-Hanks and Freedom Communications. Success in guiding turnarounds comes from my ability to build on my staff’s skill sets, and then focusing relentlessly on the plan – effective implementation has always been a key factor in my great accomplishments .
Analog Sherpa is built on the expressed needs of senior managers to get a better grasp on the rapid shift to digital media and technologies throughout their businesses. Traditional media volumes – electronic, print, and direct mail have declined, while digital, online communications and advertising are rapidly expanding. Sales and marketing are changing and evolving at a dramatic pace, and organizations are struggling to find the answers on how to adapt to these changes.
We designed Analog Sherpa to help ‘analogs’, those who are not digital natives, understand and adopt digital strategies into their businesses for both marketing and selling. The Analog Sherpa team designs unique strategies for digital conversion to fit the needs and scale of each organization.
